Arrival at 11:15 AM (45 minutes prior to start time for setup)
Pricing
$25 per person
$125 travel fee
The travel fee supports extended travel time (1.5–2 hours) and the transport of specialized materials and setup.
Deposit & Final Payment
Since the final headcount is still being confirmed, this invoice reflects a deposit of one participant plus the travel fee to secure your date.
The remaining balance will be updated once the final headcount is confirmed and is due on the day of the event (June 24).
