Setup
Arrival at 11:15 AM (45 minutes prior to start time for setup)
Pricing
$25 per person
$125 travel fee
The travel fee supports extended travel time (1.5–2 hours) and the transport of specialized materials and setup.
Deposit & Final Payment
Since the final headcount is still being confirmed, this invoice reflects a deposit of one participant plus the travel fee to secure your date. The deposit is split to $50 each.
The remaining balance will be updated once the final headcount is confirmed and is due on the day of the event (June 24).
